-Please arrive 10 minutes early and stay in your car and call the office at 937-8222

 

-We will check you in over the phone

            and let you know when to come in

 

-After your appointment remain in the  

 exam room – we will receipt you out and

 bring everything to you in the exam 

 room.

 

IF YOU ARE PICKING UP SUPPLIES

 

-You can prepay for medication, diets, etc.

and we can run it out to the car for you.
